John Hammond, Southern Fried (1970)

Friday's lunch record is "John Hammond, Southern Fried" (1970). Wonderful blues tock album, John once again samples songs by the blues legends. A strong electric flavor to this discand the addition of a horn secttion. Songs include "Shake For Me", "Don't Go No Further", You'll Be Mine" (Willie Dixon), "Nadine" (Chuck Berry),  plus eight other dynamite tracks.
