This is gritty down to the basics of the living blues with the men that helped develop the music. This album is loaded with many musicians playing with Elmore James (guitar) they include J. T. Brown (sax), Eddie Taylor (guitar), Johnny Jones (piano), Jimmy Reed (harrmonica, guitar), Hubert Sumlin (guitar), Earl Phillips (drums). These tracks were recorded in 1956.
