Canned Heat, Future Blues (1970)

Thursday's lunch record is "Canned Heat, Future Blues" (1970). This is the fifth album by Canned Heat. Great rock blues that even touches a twinge of pyschedelic musical flavor. The bands line up was altered, Henry Vestine the lead guitar was replaced by Harvey Mandel. Bob Hite sang those gravely blues and Larry  Taylor layed the foundation on bass. On the song "London Blues Dr. John plays the piano.. The YouTube sample song is "London Blues" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kdx5E7GmG8w . . . . bucko
