B.B. King, Lucille Talks Back (1975)

Monday's lunch record is " B.B. King, Lucille Talks Back" (1975). Wow what a superb blues album. I still remember buying this new in 1975 and I was absolutely blown away. It is B.B. at his performimg peak. The accompanying musicians are some of the best in the business at the time. Herb Hardesty blows a rip em up sax, after spending the fifties & sixties blowing behind Fats Domino. This is one fine album with truly  the King of the blues. The YouTube sample song is "When I'm Wong"  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XhvUFCMXqK0. . . . . . bucko . .
