Googie a composer pianist that followed in the footsteps of his talented father Leon Rene who penned numerous hits "When The Swallows Come Back To Capistrano", "Sleepy Time Down South" and others. Googie had success with his tune "Honey Jump" which was recorded by Oscar McLollie and Louis Jordan. This album takes a stab at the Big Beat geared towards the teenage market.
