Thursday's lunch record is by King Curtis. This 1960 jazz album is on the Prestige record label. King Curtis is in a straightaway jazz format rather than an R&B or commercial genre. His distinctive expressive staccato tenor sax leads the way with the musicians on this date. "Little Brother" (trumpet), Wynton Kelly (piano), Paul Chambers (bass), Oliver Jackson (drums).
