 Tuesday's lunch record is by Joe Turner. This album issued on the Savoy jazz label in 1958 and reissued in 1984 is a strong example of his blues singing and boogie woogie music that him popular, Four of the songs he is reunited with his piano playing friend Pete Johnson and Don Byas on tenor sax, Frankie Newton (trumpet), Leonard Ware (guitar), Al Hall (bass) and Hal West (drums).  Joe brings the blues alive on this album .
