Thursday's lunch record is the album by Eddie 'Cleanhead' Vinson. This album features Eddie singing the blues and blowing the alto sax. He is accompanied by small six piece band including side men from the Count Basie Band. Frank Foster (Tenor sax), Paul Quinichette, Freddy Green (guitar), Joe Newman (trumpet), Ed Thigpen (drums), Ed Jones (bass) and others.
