The TV show aired for three seasons 1958-1961 starring Craig Stevens (Peter Gunn) and his girlfriend Edie played by Lola Albright. Peter was the slick cool gumshoe that solved crimes and hung out at Mothers a cool jazz club down by the wharf. Edie was the sultry jazz singer at Mothers. The music was written by composer Henry Mancini and performed by him (piano) and a groovin' orchestra.
