Thursday's lunch record is by Leon Spencer. This was his debut album on Prestige records which was a premier jazz label. A grooving solid jazz-funk musical outing. Leon on organ with an accomplished group of side men. Virgil Jones (trumpet), Grover Washington Jr. (tenor sax), Melvin Sparks (guitar), Idris Muhammed (drums) and Buddy Cadwell (conga).
