Monday's lunch record is a collection of early recordings by Lloyd Price. He was a pioneer in the rock, and R&B music his prolific song writing and singing propelled him to the top of the charts. This ABC album reissues 20 of his popular recordings from the 50's & 60's. Songs include "Lawdy Miss Clawdy", "Stagger Lee", "Corina, Corina", "I'm Going To Get Married", "Just Because" and many others. The YouTube sample song is "Mailman Blues"
