Monday's lunch record is the solid blues of The Butterfield blues band. For this album Elvin Bishop takes over the lead guitar after Mile Bloomfield departed to start Electric Flag. Mark Naftalin on keyboards, Paul Butterfield vocals and harmonica, Bugsy Maugh bass & vocal, Phil Wilson drums, David Sanborne alto sax, Gene Dinwiddie tenor sax. They covered r&b and blues material.
