Monday's lunch record was "Freddy King, My Feeling For The Blues" (1970). A tremendous blues album by the dynamic Freddy King. His hot guitar playing is flaming the creative blues riffs that tear tight from his heart. The arrangements are by Donnie Hathaway. King Curtis blows the tenor solo on "The Stumble" and its classic King. Cornell Dupree on guitar, Jerry Jermot on bass, George Stubbs on piano and Frank Wess on saxophone.
