Thursday's lunch record is "Fats Domino, Cookin' With Fats (1973) r, 1956-62". This is a doulble album compilation of many of his mid 1950's records. Todays listen is sides 2 & 3. Almost all of his music was written, produced and recorded by Dave Batholomew at his studio in New Orleans. Many hot session musicians like "Lee Allen" blowing those saucy sax solos appear.
