Wednesday's lunch record is "Devo, Q:Are We Not Men" (1978). This album is new wave rock from a provocative band from Germany. This is their first album and they had sent promos to David Bowie and Iggy Pop in hopes they would back them by producing this album. They both were unable . The cover photo is norphed together pictures of Chi Chi Rodriguez the golfer and Presidents: Ford, Nixon, Kennedy and Johnson.This is exciting music and their stage show was futuristic entertainment.
